The second camp located in Arizona, Live in Fitness is set against the stunning backdrop of Scottsdale. This program provides an ideal setting for those committed to achieving real, lasting results. The accommodations are comfortable, they’re not quite at the luxury level of a five-star resort, but you do get to stay in a estate dedicated strictly to retreat guests. However, it’s important to note that this isn’t a spa, and it doesn’t try to be. The focus is on fitness and wellness rather than indulgence, designed specifically for individuals looking for significant weight loss and personal transformation. This weight loss retreat really specializes in helping people who can’t seem to break their unhealthy habits, and provide a complete wholistic experience from fitness, to mental health. They really set you up for success!
Participation is essential and accountability is a key element. You will be expected to attend all scheduled sessions, as the program’s data-driven approach includes extensive testing to track your progress. The staff, coaches, and even the owner are fully invested in your success, fostering an environment where you feel welcome and capable. Everything is done with a personal touch, guided by kindness and an understanding of your unique goals.
One standout feature is the precision with which meals are prepared. Every gram of protein, carbs, and fat is meticulously measured by their chef, ensuring your nutrition perfectly aligns with your fitness goals. Unlike other programs where everyone receives the same meal plan, here, the portions are tailored to each individual’s needs. And the food itself? Absolutely delicious, rivaling the high standards set by places like Canyon Ranch.
The estate provides a warm, intimate atmosphere, making you feel like part of a small family. Creating a cozy, “bed and breakfast” feel where every meal is tailored specifically to your needs. Since it’s exclusively for retreat guests, there’s an intimate, personalized experience that adds to the charm of the stay.
However, it’s worth mentioning that the fitness facility is located within a short walk or shuttle from the living accommodations, and while it isn’t all on the same property, it is all still completely private. Also, the Facility is in an airplane hangar, so it has a really cool vibe with soaring ceilings and the whole wall that opens up to facilitate indoor and outdoor activities. Where as at some of the other retreats, you are sharing the location, housing, and additional space with other guests that are there for vaction or something along the same lines. Still, this setup doesn’t detract from the overall effectiveness of the program, which remains laser-focused on delivering measurable results.
The training regimen might feel intense at times, but it’s accessible to anyone, regardless of weight, skill level, or ability. What sets Live in Fitness apart is its comprehensive approach, including behavioral components and aftercare, ensuring the changes you make during your stay last long after you leave.
Live in Fitness is for those ready to commit, with a focus on weight loss and transformation. In my short time there, our attendee saw remarkable results for herself and other clietns. Despite the structure and high level of supervision and customization, the program offers exceptional value for the price.
The only downside? The need to shuttle between accommodations and the fitness hangar for training sessions, Which can be the one drawback from an otherwise seamless experience.
